March 29: IMAGINE POSSIBILITIES!

earth

And the Lord said, Behold, they are one people and they have all one language; and this is only the beginning of what they will do, and now nothing they have imagined they can do will be impossible to them. (Genesis 11:6 AMP)

 1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because the power of my God-given imagination enlarges me and allows me to rise above the limitations of the finite world and the rigors of the day’s responsibilities. The Mind of Christ is the source of my creativity and intellectual liberty, and today is a good day to just let the river flow! His thoughts are higher than mine and they elevate me to a higher dimension in Him—revelation and illumination working together.

2. Today I will imagine the possibility of life without the restraints of time—eternal life emanating from the “I Am.” I will believe I receive when I pray, inheriting the promises through faith and patience because I know that, to God, there is no difference between a day and a thousand years!

3. Today I will make the effort to bring my spirit, soul and body into complete agreement and unity (1 Thessalonians 5:23). In the same way that God declared that the people’s unified imagination made anything possible for them, I say that “I am ONE” (whole, unified, interconnected) and nothing that I imagine to do will be impossible to me because I have ONE LANGUAGE…the Word of God…and it is my final authority!

4. Today I will seek the perspective of someone who is able to think outside of the box, allowing iron to sharpen iron through creative dialogue. I will not consider it coincidence when I connect with someone new, who brings me a now word.

5. Today I will refuse to be retarded by religious prejudice and archaic thinking. I will not engage in the foolishness of answering a matter before I hear it, but will listen to the wisdom that cries out to me from the streets.

6. Today I will nourish the prophetic in me, allowing my inner young man to see visions and my inner old man to dream dreams. Today I will dream the dreams of God Himself, wearing my coat of many colors with no timidity!

7. Today I will leave my tent as Abram did and will get out and look up into the night skies, counting the stars to increase my vision. In my heart I believe that there is no problem facing me today that I cannot rise above in my imagination, and my faith will become the substance of the things that I hope for. Today I will remember my supernatural potential for doing great things in this way, and today I will live in the now!

Holy Spirit, help me to imagine possibilities today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 28: EXPRESS YOURSELF!

express-yourself

…out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.

  (Matthew 12:34, 35)

…but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—  (Ephesians 4:15)

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because there is a miracle in my mouth that is ready to be manifested as I move through this day, motivated by the momentum that comes from magnifying the Lord!  Out of the heart are the issues of life and, through my words today, I will release God-life into the earth.

2.       Today I will tell the truth about myself, meticulously dispelling the myths of mediocrity that  I have manufactured in my mind and finding a victorious voice for the verification of my true value as a viable visionary!

3.       Today I will make my words work for me.  “But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.  For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me.  And I say to this one, ‘Go’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this’ and he does it” (Matthew 8:8, 9).

4.       Today I will not deny my feelings, but I will communicate them to others.  Because I am secure with my sense of adequacy, I can recognize, acknowledge and share my true experiences and emotions.

5.       Today I will speak up when something happens that annoys or frustrates me.  As Jesus commanded, I will go directly to the person involved.  I won’t allow negative reactions to collect, fester and grow.  I will speak up and release my anger, when necessary.  By speaking the truth in love, I will be able to maintain fellowship and friendships and still be able to discuss and dispel grievances.

6.       Today I will release my faith by the words of my mouth, believing that what I say with my mouth—and believe with my heart—will come to pass.  This mountain before me will be cast into the sea!

7.       Today I will let no corrupt word proceed out of my mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers (Ephesians 4:29).  Life is in the power of the tongue, so today I will communicate like the true conqueror that I am, expressing myself to God and to the people around me.  My words will put me over in all the affairs of life today: living truly, speaking truly, finding victory through vocabulary.  Today I will win this round of the game of life, and today I will live in the now!

Father, grant me the courage to effectively express myself today.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 27: PERCEIVING PURPOSE!

perceiving-purpose

Mortals make elaborate plans, but God has the last word.

(Proverb 16:1  – The Message)

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because I am tapped in to the reality of my synergistic relationship with God and to the awareness that He and I together are co-creating destiny.  “The plans of the mind and orderly thinking belong to man, but from the Lord comes the [wise] answer of the tongue” (Proverb 16:1 AMP).

2.       Today I will flow with God, recognizing the harmony of our natures, the unity of our purposes and the manifestation of our mutual creativity. “All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirits (the thoughts and intents of the heart)”  (v. 2).

3.       Today I will think with my spiritual, infinite mind, breaking free from an average attitude and a mediocre mentality in order to develop a divine dimension in my daily discipline.  “Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed” (v. 3).

4.       Today I will discern the purpose of the dark side, understanding the positive things that are being developed in my life through negative forces.  “The Lord has made everything [to accommodate itself and contribute] to its own end and HIS OWN PURPOSE—even the wicked [are fitted for their role] for the day of calamity and evil” (v. 4).

5.       Today I will meditate God’s Word to develop sensitivity to His Spirit’s leading, paving my path with the progressive presentation of His perfect plan!  “A man’s mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure” (v. 9).

6.       Today I will exercise my royal right to regulate my life through the revelation of my righteous decrees…my purpose is being revealed through the words of my mouth.  “Divinely directed decisions are on the lips of the king….” (v. 10).

7.    Today I will see the big picture of my purpose, by the Spirit, with my visionary eyes of faith.  “The lot is cast into the lap, but the decision is wholly of the Lord [even the events that seem accidental are really ordered by Him]” (v. 33).  I will remember all these things today, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to perceive the significance of what is really happening to me today.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 25: HIS MAJESTY!

abundance

…He set it all out before us in Christ, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in Him, everything in deepest heaven, everything on planet earth…

All this energy issues from Christ:  God raised Him from death and set Him on a throne

in deep heaven, in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments,

NO NAME AND NO POWER EXEMPT FROM HIS RULE.

And not just for the time being, but forever.  He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything.  At the center of all this, Christ rules the church.  The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church.  The church is Christ’s body,

in which He speaks and acts, by which He fills everything with His presence.

(Ephesians 1:10, 19-23 The Message)

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because I worship the Creator—the “I AM”—revealed in the person of Jesus Christ.  My knees bow and my tongue confesses to the glory of God that Jesus Christ is Lord!

2.       Today I recognize Christ’s rule of the universe, and I derive confidence from knowing that I am His sibling and His joint heir, as well as His servant and loyal subject of His Kingdom that reigns over every living thing!

3.       Today I decree the rule of King Jesus over every name that names itself in my life today. I demonstrate His/my authority in three worlds: the earth, things above the earth and things beneath the earth!

4.       Today I declare the majesty and dominion of Christ the King over every second of every minute of this day.  This day must come into divine order and submit to His/my authority, as His will is done on earth as it is in heaven!

5.       Today I will prevail and conquer as someone who is a champion of the chosen generation, a revealer of the royal priesthood and a harbinger of the holy nation (1 Peter 2:9)!  Jesus rules and reigns through my life today!

6.       Today I will speak the word only and will expect to have what I say.  “Where the word of a king is, there is power” (Ecclesiastes 8:4).  I will not waste my royal vocabulary on the petty and the trivial.

7.       Today, as a king in the earth, I willingly worship the King of kings and, as a lord of the earth, I am eager to exalt the Lord of lords.  His praise shall continually be in my mouth today, and today I will live in the now!

Almighty God, my Father, I worship You in Spirit and in truth.

Help me to recognize Your majesty in my own life today.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 24: SURPRISE PARTY!

party

For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord…thoughts and plans for welfare and peace, and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. (Jeremiah 29:11 AMP)

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. (Psalm 23:5)

1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I believe that the day is filled with wonderful surprise events that God has before-ordained for me, and I will arrive at the right place at the right time to experience all of them as I follow Him!

2. Today I will delight in the beauty and natural wonders around me. I will enjoy the little things: the laughter of children, the flower ready to burst into bloom, the sweet smell of the air after a rain. God is a good God and He is good all the time! His goodness is everywhere…all around me today…overtaking me with His blessings!

 3. Today I will enjoy the adventure of locating God’s surprises with an upbeat, optimistic attitude. I will channel my thoughts and words into uplifting and encouraging ideas and observations. I will experience the good things that are happening in the present, knowing that the past is a library of information from which to learn, and the future is a happy, inviting land of unlimited promise!

4. Today I will dream winning dreams and will not be defeated by anyone who attempts to strip away my coat of many colors from me. Those colors have been so internalized that I have unshakeable, childlike faith in happy endings, and I refuse to quit until my dreams are realized.

5. Today I will delight myself in the Lord and He will give me the desires of my heart—and when the desire comes, it is a tree of life!

6. Today I will navigate the uncharted waters of my current circumstances with complete confidence and consistent courage. I will demonstrate boldness by beginning to release the hidden winner within me into the external world.

7. Today I will not miss my window of opportunity. I am present in my present, as I stay in His presence! Today is my day, and today I will live in the now! Father, I thank you for what You are preparing for me today!

March 23: FACE FORWARD!

face-forward

For the Lord God will help me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed. (Isaiah 50:7)

1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I am a winner who realizes that winners do fail. But they get up and try again. And again. And again. Today, by the power vested in me by God, I am going to make every effort to kick the habit of losing and forsake the fear of failure to become, in Christ, who and what I’ve always wanted to be. What I am is God’s gift to me, but what I become is my gift to God!

2. Today I will remember that God’s will must be done on earth as it is in heaven…that my life is not my own. But I have the positive attitude that comes from a healthy self-esteem…the attitude that repeats relentlessly, “You’ve got to do it for you!” So today I will gladly get going to the glory of God, but I will move mightily toward the manifestation of the miracle of ME!

3. Today I will let go so that I can move forward. I officially release guilt, blame, shame and all of my collected injustices. In the grand scheme of things, it just doesn’t matter to me. “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18). “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory” (2 Corinthians 4:17)!

4. Today I will kick the block to my successful future by learning to talk to myself in a new way and by getting myself unstuck through accepting new ideas. God is for me and no demon can stop me, so I will stop getting in my own way, blocking my own success by disobedience to God’s perfect plan for my purpose.

5. Today I will remember that I can’t always wait until the “mood hits” to get started. I will be about my Father’s business today, regardless of my frame of mind or my emotional status at the moment.

6. Today I will follow the Spirit’s leading to put myself in the precise environment where winning is most likely to occur.

7. Today I will follow the frightening arrow, and today I will live in the now! Father, help me to keep facing forward today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 19: HIDDEN ROOMS!

 heart-door

The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths* of his heart.  (Proverb 20:27)

 [*literally: “rooms of the belly”]

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because the events of this day will serve to reveal the treasure within me.  I am greater on the inside than I am on the outside, and my destiny is being discovered today through the process of practically prevailing over my personal problems, all things working together for good to identify the hidden rooms of my heart.

2.       Today I will be guided by the “lamp of the Lord” by being sensitive to the inward witness and by listening to the internal voice of His Word that is written on my heart—the Word that is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path.  I will use the tools of confirmation and agreement to my advantage and will find the flow where I can function fearlessly as I face forward in faith!

3.       Today I will be aware of those who speak to me on a level where “deep calls unto deep”—those who see my spirit and prophesy to my potential—and will hear what they say to me with spiritual ears, finding the discipline resident in me to be obedient to inspirational and insightful instruction.

4.       Today I will find the fruit of my future hidden in a room of the heart.  I will know that there is a bigger vision stored somewhere in my internal warehouse, and I will be relentless in my search for it knowing that, when the times comes to reveal it, I will have the faith to see it to its fruition.

5.       Today I will maintain contentment with the present but will find the motivation to move mountains in preparation for the miracles that are going to be mightily manifested in and through and for me!  Today is a great day, but tomorrow will be greater!

6.       Today I will believe that the rooms containing greatness really are in me; everything that I need to succeed is there now!  And I will not be discouraged when I find a room locked, but will search for the Kingdom Key that will release on the earth what is currently a reality in heaven, where I am already seated with Him in power!

7.       Today I will talk up my future and my purpose and my destiny.  Today I will be energized by all that I have to look forward to, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to discover the hidden rooms of my heart.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 18: CUTTING EDGE!

sword

For the Word that God speaks…is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow

[of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.

(Hebrews 4:12 AMP)

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because the true Word of God is cutting through all of my old, dead, religious, self-defeating strongholds and thought patterns, setting me free to develop His picture of my life in this world.  The sword of the Lord divides my soul and spirit, bringing health and wholeness to me by discerning and discovering my genuine self in Christ!

2.       Today I will dare to do what hasn’t been done as I discover destiny through the door of dreams!  The “now” Word is activating me to realize the vision of God for my life as he makes my dreams come true in order to unfold His purpose and plan for me.  The realization that anything is possible continues to dawn on me, increasing steadily as the light of day.

3.       Today I will cut through my unnecessary tradition, repenting of any idolatry to the past, in order to discover the pioneering spirit in me that is searching for new frontiers of revelation knowledge.  I will think clearly today, because my mind is uncluttered and my vision is focused.

4.       Today I will cut through the fear of failure and will be free to be faithful to my faith.  With God on my side, I will not shy away from the urge to go out on a limb, get in over my head, or bite off more than I can chew!  His Word will be my anchor as I courageously launch out into the deep!

5.       Today I will flow with God’s ideas, God’s dreams and God’s vision, knowing that He finishes whatever He authors.  I trust him completely with my life, destiny and future.

6.       Today I will allow the good fight of faith to bring out the best in me, to develop my character and to build my confidence as a mighty warrior of God!  Because I know that I cannot walk in fear and faith at the same time, any more than I could travel north and south at the same time, I am resolved to move forward with God’s sword in my hand and His praise in my mouth (Psalm 149:6).

7.       Today I will use His sword to cut out all of the nonsense in my life, refusing to put up any longer with that which is counterproductive to His purposes.  I will keep the sword sharp today, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to keep my life on the cutting edge today.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

March 17: KEEP BELIEVING!

believe1

[For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped on in faith

that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised….

(Romans 4:18 AMP)

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because my ability to walk by faith and not by sight enables me to dare to do what hasn’t been done before.  God has called me to be a pioneer and a visionary, so I must keep believing, no matter what things look like in the natural realm.  The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, and His witness in my inner man propels me to fulfill all the prophecies spoken over my life!

2.       Today I will repent of any religious attitudes that remain in me, refusing to revere the past, as I recognize new realms of revelation.  I make the decision to live this day in the now, because no matter what report I hear from the religious, who are rebellious to the realities of Christ, I realize that these are the good “new” days, and they are getting better because the best is yet to come!

3.       Today I will not be afraid of the radical change that comes from living in the now.  The fire that is shut up in my bones is ignited by the Holy Ghost and He is effective in all of His endeavors to establish and enlighten me.

4.       Today I will keep believing as I see the plan for my life unfold.  Even if I don’t know the next step to take, I remember that Abraham went out not knowing where he was going (Hebrews 11:8), so I move with God in faith and trust for His moment-by-moment direction.  In Him     I move.

5.       Today I will listen for God’s voice, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God!

6.       Today I will meditate His Word, in an effort to locate the gifts of faith which He has imparted to me.

7.       Today I will be glad that change is on the horizon and that I am not frozen in time so that     I am unable to accept it.  Today, when I pray, “Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven,” I will really mean it from the bottom of my heart; I will pray it in faith!  I want heaven to change this earth, and I will continue in my believing to see that God’s Word is performed in my surroundings. Even if everybody else in the world gives up on their faith today, I will keep on keeping on because I have come too far to turn back now!  Today my faith will put me over, and today I will live in the now!

By faith, in Jesus’ name, I will keep believing today!

March 13: CREATE JOY!

laughing

“. . . Weeping may endure for a night, but JOY comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5)

1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I have access to my unalienable, Kingdom rights to righteousness, peace and JOY in the Holy Ghost! I have joy by the answer of my mouth – His strength-giving joy that keeps me young, vibrant, and healthy today. I will use my creative ability to allow the issues of life to flow from my heart, out into the world around me, causing the landscape to lighten up and live!

2. Today I will not have to wait for external things to bring me joy and happiness. I am joyful now! Because Jesus has given me His own supernatural, inward joy – a fruit of the recreated spirit (the fruit of the spirit is joy) – I am able to be genuinely joyful, regardless of outward circumstances or situations. My cup runs over!

3. Today I will use the solid front of Kingdom joy to ward off and repel oppression and depression, sadness and anxiety. My renewed mind is positively hopeful and optimistic in Christ, as I walk in a different dimension from those who dwell in daily drudgery.

4. Today I will create an atmosphere of joy by my words and attitude – my reactions – my laughter – my peace of mind. The joy of the Lord, in cooperation with my own joy, will be influentially inspirational and corporately contagious. It will enable me to help make the world a better place in which to live today.

5. Today I will be radiant with the glory of the Lord – His joy – His praise – will cause me to be attractive and highly favored today. The strength that comes from godly joy will win the day, and bring satisfying success to me, as I prosper in relation to the prosperity of my soul.

6. Today I will turn a long-standing and negative situation around through the force of joy. The paradigm shift that I experience will pull down strongholds of despair and hopelessness. The joy of the Lord makes anything possible today.

7. Today I will be a singer, a dancer, a praiser, and a warrior for the Kingdom of God. His praise shall continually be in my mouth, and with joy I will draw water out of the wells of salvation. Victory is mine today, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to create joy today. In Jesus’ name, amen.
