For the Lord God will help me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed. (Isaiah 50:7)

1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I am a winner who realizes that winners do fail. But they get up and try again. And again. And again. Today, by the power vested in me by God, I am going to make every effort to kick the habit of losing and forsake the fear of failure to become, in Christ, who and what I’ve always wanted to be. What I am is God’s gift to me, but what I become is my gift to God!

2. Today I will remember that God’s will must be done on earth as it is in heaven…that my life is not my own. But I have the positive attitude that comes from a healthy self-esteem…the attitude that repeats relentlessly, “You’ve got to do it for you!” So today I will gladly get going to the glory of God, but I will move mightily toward the manifestation of the miracle of ME!

3. Today I will let go so that I can move forward. I officially release guilt, blame, shame and all of my collected injustices. In the grand scheme of things, it just doesn’t matter to me. “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18). “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory” (2 Corinthians 4:17)!

4. Today I will kick the block to my successful future by learning to talk to myself in a new way and by getting myself unstuck through accepting new ideas. God is for me and no demon can stop me, so I will stop getting in my own way, blocking my own success by disobedience to God’s perfect plan for my purpose.

5. Today I will remember that I can’t always wait until the “mood hits” to get started. I will be about my Father’s business today, regardless of my frame of mind or my emotional status at the moment.

6. Today I will follow the Spirit’s leading to put myself in the precise environment where winning is most likely to occur.

7. Today I will follow the frightening arrow, and today I will live in the now! Father, help me to keep facing forward today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths* of his heart.  (Proverb 20:27)

 [*literally: “rooms of the belly”]

1.       Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because the events of this day will serve to reveal the treasure within me.  I am greater on the inside than I am on the outside, and my destiny is being discovered today through the process of practically prevailing over my personal problems, all things working together for good to identify the hidden rooms of my heart.

2.       Today I will be guided by the “lamp of the Lord” by being sensitive to the inward witness and by listening to the internal voice of His Word that is written on my heart—the Word that is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path.  I will use the tools of confirmation and agreement to my advantage and will find the flow where I can function fearlessly as I face forward in faith!

3.       Today I will be aware of those who speak to me on a level where “deep calls unto deep”—those who see my spirit and prophesy to my potential—and will hear what they say to me with spiritual ears, finding the discipline resident in me to be obedient to inspirational and insightful instruction.

4.       Today I will find the fruit of my future hidden in a room of the heart.  I will know that there is a bigger vision stored somewhere in my internal warehouse, and I will be relentless in my search for it knowing that, when the times comes to reveal it, I will have the faith to see it to its fruition.

5.       Today I will maintain contentment with the present but will find the motivation to move mountains in preparation for the miracles that are going to be mightily manifested in and through and for me!  Today is a great day, but tomorrow will be greater!

6.       Today I will believe that the rooms containing greatness really are in me; everything that I need to succeed is there now!  And I will not be discouraged when I find a room locked, but will search for the Kingdom Key that will release on the earth what is currently a reality in heaven, where I am already seated with Him in power!

7.       Today I will talk up my future and my purpose and my destiny.  Today I will be energized by all that I have to look forward to, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to discover the hidden rooms of my heart.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

February 15: IT’S POSSIBLE!

“But Jesus looked at them and said to them, ‘With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)

1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I am a believer whose mind is continually being renewed to think positively, and to abandon all self-defeating and limiting mental images. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING, so today I am changing my opinion to take dominion!

2. Today I will really let myself believe that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! “Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes'” (Mark 9:23). I will not be naïve and unrealistic, but my faith will definitely allow me to visualize the evidence of things not seen and to feel the substance of the things that I hope for!

3. Today I will remember to NEVER SAY NEVER. The atmosphere is now so heavy with possibilities that I will not rule out anything or anybody being used by God today to bring miracles into my life. He will even use the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.

4. Today I will TRY, TRY AGAIN. I will overcome and move past my failures, and work through the embarrassment of my mistakes. “Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand” (Proverbs 19:21 – AMP). My cooperation with God makes my success a possibility.

5. Today I will THINK WIN/WIN. I will see obstacles as opportunities, give a good report, and just keep going. “You’ve all been to the stadium and seen the athletes race. Everyone runs; one wins. Run to win. All good athletes train hard. They do it for a gold medal that tarnishes and fades. You’re after one that’s gold eternally” (1 Corinthians 9:25 – The Message). Today I see myself as a winner!

6. Today I will demonstrate that GOD IS GOOD. I know that His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations, so I will seize this day with all the faith, expectation, hope, motivation, energy, and vision that is in me!

7. Today I will confess that JESUS IS LORD. I have authority in three worlds through the Name of Jesus . . . in heaven, on the earth, and under the earth (Philippians 2:10, 11), so I will see the salvation of the Lord today through my tenacious faith in the power of His might. Because I am seated with Him in the heavenlies, I can see my life from His vantage point and am, therefore, aware that anything is possible with and through Him today. Today I believe that IT’S ALL GOOD, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to remember that all things are possible today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

February 11: CHOOSE LIFE!

“I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore CHOOSE LIFE, that both you and your descendants may live.” (Deuteronomy 30:19)

1. Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I have made LIFE my choice, and will demonstrate the power of it today. Today I will FIND THE FLOW of life, and will follow it to ultimate success. The flow will bring confirmation to me, as the Peace of God in my heart guides my decisions.

2. Today I will FACE THE FACTS of life . . . of my own life. I will accept the reality of my present circumstances, but I will remember that with God nothing is impossible. The law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death! Faith is the victory!

3. Today I will FORGET THE FAILURES of my life. I choose to receive forgiveness, learn from my mistakes, change what needs to be changed, and move on with life. “. . . This one thing I do, forgetting those things that are behind . . . .” (Philippians 3:13 – KJV)

4. Today I will FOLLOW THE FAVOR in my life. I will go where I am celebrated, instead of where I am tolerated. The path of favor will help to unfold my purpose as His will is done in me as it is in heaven.

5. Today I will FOSTER THE FRIENDSHIPS in my life, knowing that God has given me genuine Kingdom connections with others who are significant to my destiny. I will choose life today by doing something to nourish those relationships, and to keep them thriving and healthy.

6. Today I will FORECAST THE FUTURE of my life. I will be tomorrow what I am saying today, so I will choose life by my words. Life is in the power of my tongue, and I love the fruit of it. I declare that my latter will be greater than my former! The best is yet to come for me!

7. Today I will FINISH THE FAITH in my life. I will cooperate with Jesus, my faith’s Author and Finisher, by completing His assignments for me. I will not be a quitter . . . I can see a thing through. It is through faith and patience that I inherit the promises of God, so by faith I choose blessing, prosperity, health, love, peace, joy, contentment, and every good and perfect gift from above. Today I choose life, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to make right choices today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The month that sets the tone for the entire year.

New beginnings . . . a fresh start . . . putting the past behind you . . .

a time for discovering destiny through the door of dreams

. . . for voicing vision

. . . for prophesying possibilities

. . . for sowing seeds for success.

Write down your goals for the new year, but write them in pencil.

Speak your faith:

. . . declare the end from the beginning

. . . call those things that are not as though they are

. . . prophesy to the wind—

but in all of your endeavors of faith,

always leave room for God to do

exceeding, abundantly above all that you can ask or think.

For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.  (Jeremiah 29:11 AMP)
